The Apprentice Chef: Brownies to Go

For aspiring chefs, children ages 7 to 11. The moment that the kids have a day off school, Lydia Gwin concocts an awesome and memorable activity. Join her in the kitchen and learn to create an assortment of brownies to build a box to take home and share with the ones you love for a Valentine surprise. This hands-on class will create red velvet heart brownies, "kitchen sink" brownies, brookies - part brownie and part cookie, fudge brownies, and brownie cookies with caramel filling.
