St. Louis Development Academy 3-Stripes Winter Program is a 7 week program where players will learn individual ball handling skills (dribbling, passing, shooting, & more) from our exceptional coaching staff led by Marty Pike. Each session consists of skills training and small sided scrimmaging. All sessions are open to the public for ages 5-12 and will be held throughout the St. Louis area. We have an option for six days of the week. Players will be divided by age for all sessions.

Foundations III is an advanced-level dance class designed for students who have completed Foundations II or have equivalent training. This class builds on prior skills while focusing on advanced technical precision, musicality, and performance storytelling. Students will tackle challenging choreography, refine transitions, and explore dynamic expression to elevate their stage presence.

Give the wheel a few spins (pun intended) and discover what makes working with clay so rad. In this four-week class, teens will explore the do’s and don’ts of pottery while experimenting with throwing, trimming, and glazing. It’s hands-on, messy, and all about learning by doing — no experience needed, just curiosity and a good sense of humor. This class is for ages 13+ with little to no experience in ceramics. If you need accommodations for this program, please contact the Foundry as soon as you are able.

Participants gain more self-confidence, discipline and self control while increasing their strength and flexibility. This is a fee base class. Registration required for each family member. Class is taught by Ashley. Uniforms cost $25 and will be available at the first class.

Transitioning Exceptional Adults to Meaningful Work and Leisure, TEAMWORK, is a program that provides opportunity for self-discovery through development of skills in 6 domains: meaningful employment, community living, safety/security, healthy living, socialization, and citizenship/advocacy. It is designed for young adults with special needs who have exited or are preparing to exit high school through age 30, to bridge the gap and assist in meaningful connection to their community. The program is driven by its members, who participate in activities that connect to their particular talents and interests. This program is designed to supplement other systems and pursuits that our participants are already engaged in, bringing connection while discovering and celebrating their unique talents and abilities.
