This one-day camp will help the beginning softball player build a solid foundation of skills and the advanced player hone theirs. Hitting, throwing, and fielding techniques will be covered in this skills camp, as well as beginning and experienced pitching skills.

Cor Jesu soccer coach Ellen Summers has more than 15 years of teaching and coaching strength and conditioning. This new conditioning program is for any girl middle school age or enrolled at Cor Jesu who wants to build a “Stronger U.”

Enjoy two different trails with an experienced guide at LuSo hiking camp. On Tuesday, campers will explore the paved & dirt trails at Laumeier Sculpture Park. On Thursday, campers will head west to Castlewood State Park, with lush valleys and views of the Meramec River. Campers must be dropped off and picked up at the trail sites. This is only Tuesday June 4th and Thursday June 6th.
