Take a journey to the farthest reaches of the imagination while learning about the ocean, the rainforest, Mars and a futuristic city, and more! Use the design thinking process to solve real-world problems in these different environments. Experiment with Crayola® products and many art techniques like sculpting, storyboarding, collage, and mixed media. Discover design careers like graphic design, universal design, urban design, and product design. All this, plus games, creative free play, and more! Note: This is a full-day program. All campers will participate in morning and afternoon programs.

Experiment with a variety of art techniques, and use Crayola® products to create animal-inspired art projects, from frog paintings to polar bear sculptures! Let your creativity run wild, and bring your handiwork home to build a menagerie of animal-themed masterpieces.

Campers use creative and collaborative skills to design a mission patch, train like an astronaut and solve real-world engineering problems, just like NASA astronauts working together on a mission. They will think and act as NASA engineers as they work with a team to make a pasta rover, parachute, and more! They'll learn about other spin off technology used on earth today.

Ever dream of becoming a secret agent? We'll start with the basics: From decoding messages to metal detector and night vision, campers have the opportunity to check out spy tech equipment and take home lots of gadgets like spy glasses! Step into the shoes of a detective as you uncover the science involved in evidence gathering and analysis! Figure out the science of forensics in a hands-on look at crime scenes! Become a super spy and learn clever ways of performing tasks as we take a hands-on investigation of the science that spies use! 

Note: Students will participate in 4 out of the 5 described classes at the instructor's discretion.

Get ready to blast off into the world of rockets and discover the amazing science behind them. You'll become a rocket safety superstar by learning all about the model rocket safety code. You'll also uncover the secrets of how rockets soar through the sky, stay perfectly balanced, and return safely to Earth. Each day, you'll get to build a rocket from a sleek and awesome Mad Science rocket kit to a rocket made of toilet paper tubes – how cool is that? You'll also be part of a real launch team! Imagine working together with your new friends as altitude trackers, launch preparers, and launchers. Every day, you'll watch in awe as we send a rocket soaring high into the sky.

Note: Our camp includes everything your child needs during the camp. However, if you wish to continue your child’s interest in rocket launches at home, you will need to purchase a launch kit online or from a store.

Crayola® Artist’s Passport Camp Travel the World through Art! 1 Week Full-Day Camp for Kids Ages 5-12 Embark on an around-the-world cultural adventure - explore far-off places and learn about the people who live there, from the Americas to the Ivory Coast, from the cosmopolitan to the countryside.
