The SYNERGY Defense Camp is a development program with a specific curriculum to teach basic & advanced defensive skills and concepts. The on & off-ice sessions use unique drills & situation training to teach players to perform at high speeds with a calm frame of mind. This camp is ideal for defensemen or forwards of all ages & levels looking to improve their play away from the puck. Specific Skill Focus: backward skating, puck movement, proper body positioning, footwork & escapes, situation training (even and odd man defense), gap control, corner play, and net front battles.

The Advanced Skills & Game Concepts Camp was created for those looking to take their overall understanding of the game to a higher level. The curriculum for this program is suggested for skaters of any age or level that has progressed through other SYNERGY Camps or similar programs and are ready for more challenge as this program will focus on more advanced skill development. The AM session will focus on: shooting in stride, deflections, tips, screens, forehand & backhand passing, deking & one-timers. The PM session will focus on: game theories, concepts, reading the play & decision making, creating time & space, odd man situations, puck movement & possession, quick release shooting & learning to create offense at full speed.

An introductory program for BOYS and GIRLS 1st through 4th grade. The lesson plan introduces the fundamentals - pass, set and spike using a very light volleyball. This clinic will improve each child’s hand/eye coordination through the use of fun drills and group games. The net height and court dimensions are modified for this clinic to promote success while maintaining an emphasis on proper volleyball technique. 6/20, 6/27, 7/11, 7/25, 8/1, 8/8. No clinic session on 7/4 & 7/18.

Game Show Mania invites campers to step into the spotlight and experience the thrill of their favorite classic and modern game shows. Throughout the week, campers will participate in a variety of interactive, ability-inclusive challenges inspired by shows like Jeopardy!, Family Feud, Wheel of Fortune, Minute to Win It, and more.

This is our exclusive 2026 beginner camp program for our younger campers, Girls & Boys ages 6-12. It's designed for the "first time" camper who may be a little reluctant to leave home. Our goal is to have every camper succeed so we keep camp size small (less than 70 campers) and give additional counselor support by having 2 counselors for every 5-7 campers.

Our traditional program is perfect for returning campers or new campers who are comfortable leaving home. This program incorporates our classic outdoor camp activities plus canoe, backpack camping trips. Each trip is geared toward a camper's skill and comfort level.

These fun camps are held on weekdays when school is out. (Summer & Holiday's) Camps include updos, make-up, polished nails, crafts, and games centered around a theme. With lunch not being provided, kids must bring a nut-free lunch and a drink. For specific daily themes, please check the Sweet & Sassy website. When booking more than one child, please call your store due to booking limitations. $75 per day or $325 per week

Camp Katan (Chesterfield) and Camp Koplar (Creve Coeur) are early childhood camps designed especially for our youngest campers. Each day is filled with music, storytelling, art, swimming (including both swim lessons and free swim), sports, nature activities, and more. Guided by early childhood educators, all activities are developmentally appropriate and tailored to campers ages 3 to 5 (pre-K).
