This camp focuses on developing basic painting skills. Students will work with both water color and acrylic paint. They will begin with grisaille paintings in order to explore value relationships before moving onto color paintings.

Whether you're brand new to pickleball or already love the game, get ready to learn and have fun! Campers will work on fundamental skills such as serving, volleying, footwork and game strategy through games and match play.

This camp is all about turning your ideas into songs you can share! Campers will explore lyric writing, catchy melodies and learn the basics of reading music.

Learn the skills you need to shine bright in the classroom! This course teaches organizational skills as well as different note-taking methods. Campers will learn how to read and analyze text as well as how to study and prepare for different types of tests.

CJA Golf Coach Mark Tueth will teach you the skills you need to be a successful golfer. Grip, stance, swing and club selection are included in this instructional camp. The rules of the game and golf etiquette will be taught through fun drills and contests. Participants will need to bring at least one iron and one putter.

This camp introduces tennis skills to beginners and fine tunes the skills of the competitive players who want to play in high school. Grips, forearm and backhand strokes, lob shots and serving will be taught through personal instruction, drills and fun, competitive games. Please bring a racquet, water and towel.

Camp Kesem is a free, overnight summer camp for children ages 6-18 who are coping with a parent’s cancer. This unique camp experience provides fun-filled activities and a supportive community, helping kids navigate anxiety, isolation, and uncertainty — reminding them they are never alone. Every day at Camp Kesem is an opportunity for campers to try something new, make great friends, and have fun!

For aspiring chefs, children from ages 7 to 11. Enjoy a three-day culinary extravaganza learning techniques, knife skills, and lots of great eats. Join Dawn Meyer for a hands-on class creating cheeseburgers sliders with "special sauce", sheet-pan honey mustard chicken and broccoli, stovetop berry crisp, chicken parmesan meatball skillet, bean and cheese burritos, easy chocolate mousse, parmesan crusted carrots, oatmeal pancakes, quick vanilla ice cream with chocolate shell topping, loaded mashed potatoes, pork fried rice, white bean chili, and fettuccine Alfredo.

Learn the fundamentals of becoming an equestrian, and learn to lead, groom, and tack a horse using our very own small herd of miniature horses. Campers will also receive a pony ride on a full size horse that will be led by their instructor each day!
