The Feelings I Feel

Where do feelings come from, where do they show up in our bodies. During this fun and interactive camp we will explore and move to different feelings. We will use mindfulness, art and games to connect to ourselves and how we respond to feelings. What causes us to feel sad? How do we interact with others when we are mad? Where do we feel happiness in our bodies? Come move and explore with us. We may be able to support a student with a disability, please call us to discuss.
