Where do feelings come from, and where do they show up in our bodies? During this fun and interactive camp, we will explore and move to different feelings. We will use mindfulness, art, music, and games to connect to ourselves and how we respond to feelings.
What causes us to feel sad? How do we interact with others when we are mad? Where do we feel happiness in our bodies? How do I create and enforce boundaries?
We will explore all these things while also having time to make new friends, walk to the park, and even watch a movie.
