Master basic bicycle maintenance and practice bike riding safety.

Pickleball is a fun sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong. This camp will focus on instructional drills, fun games, and interactive activities. The camp is designed for participants to learn the fundamentals of Pickleball including the rules of the game, the different parts of the court, serving, scoring, and the basic forehand shot.  

Coaches Cameron Thomas, Patrick Huewe, and Carl Walker have combined coaching experience of more than 60 years and are USPTA or USPTR Certified. Coach Huewe is a former college Division 1 tennis player and has led MICDS tennis teams to several State Championships. Coach Thomas is also a former college tennis player and a Division 1 college coach, and he has coached State Champions, National and Professional Players, and he is on the coaching staff at MICDS. Coach Walker is a graduate of the tennis teaching program at Tyler Texas, and he has coached college tennis, high school tennis, State Champions, and National and Professional Players.

This program is designed for individuals that are interested in learning more about how to be a camp counselor and working with kids in a pool environment. Each day participants with help camp counselors with swim lessons, games, safety activities and supervised playtime

Miss Manners might not approve of this 5 day camp, but your child definitely will! Gross out camp is a week of learning about our gross bodily functions. Learn about burping, boogers, excrement, gas, saliva, germs and investigate brains, cells, hearts, organs and blood. Kids will make exploding "toothpaste", edible excrement and handmade ice cream, and will take home their own slimy "boogers" and kid's lab coat.
