The Center for Youth on the Rise Drop-In Center is a subsidiary of the Florissant-Ferguson Parks and Recreation Department. The Drop-In Center offers youth a communal space to "drop-in" to play video games, access computers, a swimming pool, enjoy snacks or play games.
