Unique and fun-filled summer arts camp taught by COCA's professional artists and teachers.

Do you love to bake and enjoy watching baking competitions?  Create creative desserts using  your imagination and techniques taught in camp to compete in competitions.  Final competition will include using a special ingredient you must incorporate.  All baking is from scratch!

Every day we will be working on a different dessert like brownies, cupcakes, pies, crisps, and more. Work on flavors and finding inventive ways to add a twist to your baking creation. Sample your projects and make a snack every day.

Let's recreate the popular TV show!  Use your vivid imagination to create entrees and desserts.  We will have competitions using secret mystery baskets.  All baking will be from scratch!

A week-long program targeted to high school youth that encourages community integration and the development of social skills. Youth also learn advocacy and independent living skills. Camp includes off-site outings to promote community integration and social skills and on-site sessions to gain independent living skills (cooking, budgeting, advocacy).

Saint Louis University’s Gardens to Tables Culinary Camp is a week-long program engaging campers in gardening, cooking and nutrition activities. Campers prepare a variety of meals and work with professional chefs, registered dietitians, and master gardeners to learn principles of good nutrition, gardening and a healthy lifestyle. Six of the camps are designed for children entering 2nd-6th grades with a special Teen’s Only Week (June 24-28) and an exciting Junior-Chef Week for children entering Kindergarten-3rd grade (July 8-12).
