Neighborhood Experiences is a summer project that serves St. Louis County and City residents who have intellectual/developmental disabilities. This eight-week project supports young adults as they gain employment skills, build friendships, and explore opportunities in the communitiy. Neighborhood Experiences is designed for teens, ages 13 - 20. Participants acquire skills such as job responsibility, positive communication, networking and formation of relationships through volunteering and exploring recreational opportunities in the community.
