Girl Scout Day Camps are the perfect way to start a new summer tradition, try new things, make new friends and experience new places!

Of the many reasons we turn to creative writing, one of the most compelling is the prospect for discovery—of new insights, new points of view, new pleasures. Much of the best writing doesn’t end where it begins, but wriggles and wrests instead, such that writers and readers are challenged to see things as they might not have before.

At Camp, Variety Kids are empowered to form friendships, try new things, grow in self-esteem, and explore the world around them with independence and confidence.

From acrylics to watercolor, papier mache, and more! This camp will encompass a diverses range of artistic mediums. We will create a collection of unique artwork inspired by famous artists of the past and present! *If you attended the June "Draw, Paint, Sculpt!", you may also attend this one! We will create all different pieces of art!

Take your engineering skills to a new level using LEGO Mindstorms Robotics using NXT and EV3 kits.  Discover the challenges that make robotics technology accessible using problem- solving techniques.  Create your robot using basic computer programming, principles of simple and complex machines, gearing and your own creativity.  Teams will attempt to exploit the design weaknesses or incidental mechanical advantage of their opponents' robots.  A perfect blend of math, science and fun!

Sing, dance and rap your heart out in this music and dance filled week!  You'll learn your favorite songs from Hamilton and get to perform them for an audience at the end of the week.

Are you ready to take your game design skills to another level? With Unity, an industry-grade design software, aspiring game designers will learn level editing, 3D modeling, impactful gameplay creation, as well as how to utilize scripts and variables. Student-created games will be available on a password-protected Black Rocket website to share with friends and family. Returning students can create more advanced projects that build on previous years.
