Our goal is to provide our campers with a valuable experience that not only highlights social interaction, but places an emphasis on physical activity, problem solving, and creative engagement.

After-School Classes further enhance a student’s After Care experience. Seasonal sessions typically run 4–6 weeks; pricing is variable based on the subject area and program length. Offerings include (but are not limited to!) study hall, tennis, dance, golf, chess, and more, plus Girls on the Run each spring. Classes are taught at Forsyth by current and former faculty and staff members or outside partner vendors (examples include Frontenac Racquet Club, St. Louis Scott Gallagher, etc.). Family may also arrange private art lessons, music lessons, and tutoring directly with Forsyth faculty members.

Join us for the Camp Barnabas Soaring Hawks session. Diagnoses Served: Blind, chronic diseases, deaf/hard of hearing. Campers with intellectual/developmental/physical disabilities and/or autism are also welcome.

Join us for the Camp Barnabas Celebration session. Diagnoses Served: Select Campers ages 18 and up with an intellectual/developmental/physical disability and/or autism are invited to join us this week! This week is invitation-only for Campers who are completely independent. If you believe your Camper would be a good fit and would like to be invited to this week, please reach out to our Camper Registrar.
