Volleyball Camp is designed to provide student-athletes a foundation of fundamental skills, knowledge, character, and leadership development, plus a love for the game. Basic skills, lead up games, conditioning, and defensive/offensive strategies will be stressed during ageappropriate drills and team activities. The camp will end with some exciting tournament play and fun for everyone

Let’s grow some fun this summer! We have plenty of dirt, insects, and plants... we just need to know how they all work together to make something beautiful and often tasty! Come garden with Mr. Gruszka as you learn how to work, compost, care for, and use a garden, big or small. Handson experience and projects will allow you to take your “budding” skills beyond the garden home with you.

We use games and music to keep the energy high all while learning the basic strokes of tennis and pickleball. Your child will have loads of fun learning the many differences and similarities between pickleball and tennis. No standing around in long lines; we are literally moving and grooving from start to end! This class is great for kids of any age and ability as we structure and break up each class accordingly.

Campers will delight in daily indoor and outdoor activities – including water and sand play! Experienced early childhood teachers and staff from Community School will direct the camp. Campers must have their third birthday by July 1, 2024, and be potty-trained. Full-day campers should bring a non-refrigerated nut-free lunch. Please note that campers may be dropped off as late as 9:00 a.m. or picked up as early as 3:00 p.m. Please note that the week of June 17, there is no camp on Monday, and thus we are offering a discounted rate

By using favorite children’s books, thematic activities will support school readiness skills such as listening, following directions, and organization, as well as math, reading, and writing

Third and fourth graders will develop strong critical thinking skills while reading fiction and non-fiction pieces, focusing on determining the main idea, using context clues to develop vocabulary, and summarizing the key concepts of the text. In math, through interactive lessons and games, campers will focus on the concepts of number sense, computation, geometry, and fractions

Take a journey to the farthest reaches of the imagination while learning about the ocean, the rainforest, Mars and a futuristic city, and more! Use the design thinking process to solve real-world problems in these different environments. Experiment with Crayola® products and many art techniques like sculpting, storyboarding, collage, and mixed media. Discover design careers like graphic design, universal design, urban design, and product design. All this, plus games, creative free play, and more!

Give your preschooler a green thumb without using paint! Campers will learn about plants by dissecting seeds, making leaf rubbings and creating frameable fruit and veggie prints. Learn what types of weather are vital for a healthy garden. Put on your Bee-utiful Bug Costume and flutter by the camp as you learn about one of a flower's favorite pollinators! Designed for young chefs in grades JK - 4th, this immersive experience combines hands-on cooking, basic culinary skills, and a flavorful exploration into the world of delicious treats. It’s the perfect blend of fun and education for your budding chef

Travel “Under the Sea” while we learn about different sea creatures. We’ll play games, sing songs, and make “Catch of the Day” crafts that you’ll get to take home!

If you like Lego, you will LOVE this class. Join other brickheads in building and designing Lego creations that use themes, strategies, and creativity in ways you never thought possible. TONS of bricks will be provided. Bring your ideas and buddies to this class and we can build some fun together. Daily books and art projects complement the various building projects.
