The Lindenwood Weightlifting Club team’s mission is to prepare and teach athletes from Highschool age to Master’s level lifters how to perform the Snatch and Clean/Jerk movements properly and safely. We offer personalized programming, access to our equipment, ability to train alongside the College Team, coaching, and most importantly a training environment matched by few. You need a basic level of understanding and performing the Olympic movements, as well as a current USAW membership.

Single session clinic designed to help players of all levels with their serving technique. Players will have an opportunity to work on their overhead serves as well as jump float and jump spin serves. Limited to 60 campers. This clinic will take place in the Evans Commons gym which boasts 4 courts, located on Lindenwood University’s beautiful campus.

The Little Dribblers camp allows boys and girls an opportunity to experience basketball in a positive environment. With a focus on having fun while learning basketball’s fundamentals, this camp is a great learning opportunity for kids of all skill levels, including kids who are just starting to play basketball.

Big man camp is an opportunity to showcase your skills and compete against other high caliber Lineman from all over as well as learn from our coaching staff to help improve your game. In this camp you will receive coaching from our staff on techniques in the run game and the pass game from coaches with over 50 years of combined college football experience. There will be 1 on 1’s in the pass game and the run game that will be evaluated by our staff. There will be also group work and group competition. Experience the opportunity to be coached by our staff in a highly competitive and learning environment. Helmets and Shoulder pads are required.

This exclusive showcase will take place the day before the IWLCA Midwest Cup on the campus of Lindenwood University. College coaches will scout players in an intimate setting which consists of stations and scrimmaging. This is a great opportunity to be seen and coached by some of the top coaches in the country.

NFL Cornerback and Lindenwood’s very own Pierre Desir is back for his 6th annual FREE Kids Camp at Lindenwood University. The camp will be on June 8th from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The camp is available for kids entering K - 6th Grade. The camp will feature fundamental and fun football activities, special guests, and the opportunity to learn from highly skilled football players. Come out and have a fun time!

Single session clinic that focuses on aspects of defense including movements, digging, emergency techniques and reading hitters.

Exposure Camp is for high school prospects to gain recognition and exposure to college coaches while facing some the best competition through the Mid-West. Over the years, prospects have joined us from Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee, Arizona, Indiana, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Kansas, and Wisconsin.

This camp is designed for players who want to play in college. Campers will work on hitting and both position-specific skill development combined with small group drills. Campers will also compete in scrimmages & take a tour of campus. There will be a 1-hour break for lunch (lunch is not provided by LU softball). Campers will be assigned to teams coached by Lindenwood players.

Bertsch Soccer Academy Camps are designed to give players exposure to college coaches, training sessions, matches, and an overall insight into a college soccer environment. Led by the Lindenwood  University Men's Soccer staff, this camp is a great opportunity for players serious about soccer who aspire to develop in the game. In addition to the Lindenwood men’s soccer staff, LU players will be on hand, giving additional knowledge of the college game  and experience.

Single session clinic that trains players in aspects of setting including setting all positions, how to run a fast paced offense, attack on the second ball, and incorporation of high-level concepts into their game.
