Weightlifting (COED) - Session 4

The Lindenwood Weightlifting Club team’s mission is to prepare and teach athletes from Highschool age to Master’s level lifters how to perform the Snatch and Clean/Jerk movements properly and safely. We offer personalized programming, access to our equipment, ability to train alongside the College Team, coaching, and most importantly a training environment matched by few. You need a basic level of understanding and performing the Olympic movements, as well as a current USAW membership.
