Interested in testing the waters and seeing what it takes to become a lifeguard? If so, this is the program for your 10-14 year old! Participants will receive instruction in water safety, public relations, facility operations, first aid, CPR and basic lifeguarding. Don't worry, lifeguarding is fun, too - free time will be scheduled in to each day's schedule!

The annual Hoops and Bats camp is back for 2026. The kids will participate in a fun week of games, competitions, and fundamentals. The coaching staff and players are excited to work with your son. Baseball camp will focus on fundamental fielding, throwing, hitting, pitching, and base-running drills. We will also emphasize teamwork, sportsmanship, and encouraging teammates in a positive manner. Let’s have a blast while learning these concepts!!

Develop the tools to become a more complete, confident, and competitive soccer player. Players will learn technical skills, tactical awareness, defensive principles, and transition play.

Combine the Softball and Basketball experiences into one jam packed week of being a Statesmen! Some snacks options will be available, but campers should plan to bring their own lunch and a change of clothes/shoes to switch sports mid-day.

Preschool Gym Time is offered through our Tumbling Tigers preschool program and provides structured gymnastics instruction in a fun, supportive environment designed for young athletes. Athletes participate in guided rotations that focus on foundational gymnastics skills, motor skills, social development, and overall physical growth. Activities may include: • Basic tumbling and gymnastics skills • Balance, coordination, and body awareness • Strength and flexibility development • Movement games and age appropriate challenges

Youth in the camp will work on their individual skills, learn game strategies, and play against other campers in fun competitions and tournaments. Just as important, all players will improve their confidence, social development, and other life skills they can take with them out of the game.

Have you heard about welding? Here’s your chance to learn about welding and obtain these hands-on welding skills. You will be observing demonstrations, learning safety and welding in a state of the art welding lab, with an ECC Welding instructor.

In this hands-on workshop, students will participate in multiple sensory activities that will enable them to brainstorm creative story ideas. Each session will focus on a different sense using pictures, objects, fragrances, sound effects, textures, and our own vivid imaginations. (No food will be consumed due to allergy concerns). Several activities will be followed by an in-class writing session. Students will share with each other and help each other deepen or develop their ideas. After taking this workshop, attendees will know how to glean writing prompts from their surroundings and how to generate their own unique ideas for future projects such as poems, stories, journaling, blogging, etc. Required materials: paper & a writing utensil. (Ages 13-17)
