A great full-day opportunity for children who want to gain experience working with younger children in a friendly setting. CITs assist younger children in our morning camp and join their peers in the afternoon camp.

A specialty program, the SYNERGY Power Skating & Stickhandling Clinic will focus solely on stickhandling and power skating, combining the techniques together to help players of all ages & levels increase their scoring chances & improve their skills with the puck. Players will develop quick hands, improve upon maneuvers such as a toe drag & reverse toe drag, stickhandle without looking at the puck, puck protection, edgework, tight turns, explosive starts, proper stopping techniques and new goal scoring maneuvers.

The Synergy Goal Scoring & Power Skating Camp is a development program centered around helping players improve their offense abilities. By executing a carefully designed curriculum that combines shooting, scoring, and skating, campers will learn the skills to elevate their offensive game. Players of all ages and skill levels will be able to take advantage of learning how to create offense at high speed and practicing good decision making. • Mornings will focus on edgework, tight turns, explosive skating techniques, and performing game situation drills at full speed. • Afternoons will consist of shooting technique, goal scoring fundamentals, quick release shooting & learning to create offense at full speed.

Due to popular request, the SYNERGY Battle Clinic was developed to focus on tough situations to win battles on either sides of the puck (offense & defense). Curriculum will combine skill drills specific to skating & game theory to encourage game situational battles over the puck. Players of all ages, levels & positions will learn how to properly & safely fight for loose pucks, win one-on-one battles, protect the puck, & make plays out of tight situations. Program follows USA Hockey age requirements for checking.

Clinics will focus on technical skill training and execution, with primary focus on Serving, Passing, Setting, and Attacking. These clinics are for all levels of play (from beginners to experienced)!

These fun camps are held on weekdays when school is out. (Summer & Holiday's) Camps include updos, make-up, polished nails, crafts, and games centered around a theme. With lunch not being provided, kids must bring a nut-free lunch and a drink. For specific daily themes, please check the Sweet & Sassy website. When booking more than one child, please call your store due to booking limitations. $75 per day or $325 per week

Train Your Brain has curriculum and staff to support your camper. Run by a licensed occupational therapist and doctoral-level graduate student, child's individual learning needs can easily be supported, and activities are designed to stimulate many areas of the brain. At the end of the week, children will take home a planning kit and workbook that they can use at home. Parents will also receive their own version of the Train Your Brain workbook with all the strategies that were covered during the week as well as additional strategies you can use at any time. Embark on a thrilling journey at Superhero Camp, where campers transform into brave defenders of Sunnyhill Camp, facing off against villains in exciting outdoor challenges and activities.

Join us at StagePlay Learning Summer Theater Camp as we explore wizards, witches, and magic. Explore the adventures of Elphaba, Glinda, the Wizard and Fiyero through creative and interactive theater games, all presented in our Final Showcase Performance. Join with friends to create your own characters and stories of Wicked through collaborative writing and monologue development. Daily craft activities are inspired by and incorporated into our Performances.

Students will receive full-day focused training in ballet, jazz, and contemporary techniques, as well as new choreography and company repertoire taught by artists from Saint Louis Dance Theatre and renowned guest faculty. Each session culminates in a showcase for friends and family.

This program is for campers who wish to accomplish more during the summer and have the time available. Many returning campers select this program. Adventurer Camp is a combination of both explorer camps sessions. Campers can leave with parents between session or stay at camp. Limited to only 25 children.

Camp Katan (Chesterfield) and Camp Koplar (Creve Coeur) are early childhood camps designed especially for our youngest campers. Each day is filled with music, storytelling, art, swimming (including both swim lessons and free swim), sports, nature activities, and more. Guided by early childhood educators, all activities are developmentally appropriate and tailored to campers ages 3 to 5 (pre-K).
