Taste Buds Kitchen School Break Camps are not to be missed! Our carefully crafted program ensures days off from school are filled with learning, laughing, and cooking as we embark on memorable experiences. Children ages 4 to 13 can pursue their passions and interests while having fun and meeting new friends. With school break camps scheduled throughout the year, your child can join us for a day or on every holiday!

These drop -off experiences are catered to children ages 5 to 10 and take place in local parks (especially Tower Grove Park and Forest Park) during school breaks.

Learn STEM topics, Build self-confidence and problem-solving skills. Foster teamwork and collaboration. Spark imagination. Improve 3D spatial understanding and Math abilities. Students build moving models using LEGO Technic bricks, gears, and motors. We learn, we build, we play with LEGO bricks.

Enjoy a dinner out while your kids come build Disney and Star Wars characters. We have different types of builds and games. Each child takes home a custom made mini figure.

Explore mixed media to create sculptural, handmade objects! Build with a variety of shapes, animal subjects, and fun patterns to design sculptures. The possibilities are endless! Plan, Shape, Make! will use techniques like knitting, cutting, pasting, dyeing, casting, and carving to make cool artwork.

Round and round we throw! Campers will have fun using the potter’s wheel and gaining new skills in clay; wedging, centering, forming, and even glazing with a colorful palette. Projects will be fired and ready for pick-up three weeks after the last day of camp.

Harness the power of fire in our metals studio. Use molten metal casting techniques along with fabrication and soldering skills to create small objects from copper and brass. Get ready to fire up the torch and fabricate small sculptures and jewelry!

Our Free Saturday Workshop serves Young Learners, entering grades 3rd– 12th, by introducing skills that promote: Self-expression, Collaboration, Critical and Lateral thinking, Responsibility, Independence, and personal sense of empowerment.

Camp Weloki offers weekend retreats during the school year to introduce new girls to our program and to help keep the learning going for our returning campers. Like all skills, the life skills we teach are learned in steps and girls have to practice and refresh them in order to have the most impact. Our returning campers & parents understand that as life changes the new tools needed are built with the skills they have already learned.

Join us for Art Start every Tuesday morning! Art Start is a great opportunity for your young child to experience art! Art Start story times are geared to the 2–5-year-old preschooler with a caregiver. We will explore several books together and create a small art project that pairs with the stories.

The holidays are right around the corner and this workshop is just in time! Learn slab clay techniques to create and decorate your own merry & bright clay ornaments perfect for trimming your tree or gift giving.
