Through an integrated format of lectures, guest speakers, guided discussions, and experiential learning activities, this course enables you to explore both the scientific foundations of AI, from its early conceptual origins to emerging frontiers, and its ethical, social, and governance implications. In addition to theoretical inquiry, you will engage in hands-on exercises and applied projects designed to experiment with AI tools and applications, analyze real-world use cases, and critically assess the opportunities and limitations of AI across diverse professional contexts. By testing simple AI models and exploring interactive simulations, you will gain practical insight into how AI systems function, how they shape decision-making, and how responsible innovation can be achieved within evolving global regulatory frameworks.

Georgetown's Economics Policy Academy provides an interdisciplinary exploration of the complex role played by states and other governing entities about markets through the lens of both economics and political science. You will study theoretical concepts from both fields and practice applying them to real-world problems—both in the U.S. and abroad—to assess situations and evaluate policy solutions. By the end of the program, you will have a deeper understanding of not only the key philosophical and theoretical concepts behind an economic policy that affects all facets of our life, such as price interventions and regulations, but also the main issues the U.S. economy faces today.

Georgetown's Sports Industry Management Academy introduces you to the increasing career options in the sports industry—a $250 billion-a-year business that continues to be one of the fastest-growing fields in the world. You'll get an inside look behind the scenes of the industry to explore how events on the field, in the front office, and behind the camera are intricately linked to boardrooms, retail locations, and homes around the country.

From nationally recognized attorneys and prosecutors to politicians and judges, many of the nation's lawmakers and legal experts received their education at Georgetown. Gateway camps are open to beginner, intermediate, and advanced players entering kindergarten through 12th grade. Athletes are grouped by age, ability, and school or friend requests to ensure a positive and engaging experience. Each age division functions as its own “camp within a camp,” allowing us to tailor instruction and activities to every group.

Get ready to power up your creativity and take the lead in the digital world! Girl Scouts will dive into hands-on STEM experiences that blend tech, art, and leadership while earning STEM badges along the way.

For one unforgettable week, campers will flip their schedules – staying up late and sleeping in late – as they explore the wonders of the nocturnal world. Girls can also choose whether to sleep in a cabin, a hammock, or under the stars!

Gear up for high adventure on the beautiful Meramec River! In partnership with Earth’s Classroom, we invite you to canoe through a living classroom, discover the river’s ecology and history, and create lasting memories under the summer sky.
