Through engaging activities and exciting animal encounters, campers will explore the fascinating adaptations that allow animals to thrive in our oceans, rivers, and lakes.

Get a close look at what our keepers at the Sanctuary do by learning the nitty-gritty of caring for our resident animals! Junior keepers will try their hands at making parrot enrichment, playing the “training game”, and getting up close and personal with emus, owls, parrots, and more!

Do you have what it takes to make it in the wild? Explore the environment around us while also visiting with our resident raptors. Test your outdoor survival skills by building a survival camp, learn some creative ways to avoid dangerous plants and animals in the wild, and find out how different species survive the climate.

Baseball camp is for players of all levels who want to improve their skills. We will focus on mastering the fundamentals of the game through drills, competitions, and games, as well as position-specific work for each player. Led by Westminster’s varsity head, assistant coaches, and varsity players.

Boys basketball camp will guide campers on individual skill development. We will emphasize fundamental skills in proper footwork, ball handling, shooting preparation and technique, passing, rebounding, and offensive/defensive concepts. Campers will play 1 on 1, 3 on 3, 5 on 5, and other fun games/contests while learning about team building, perseverance, and character.

Join Westminster’s esports coach and former professional Josh Leary for an introduction to competitive gaming for gamers of all skill levels. Campers will play Mario Kart, Super Smash Bros Ultimate, and Rocket League as they learn how to improve in skills specific to the games and develop fundamental esports skills. Campers of all skill levels are welcome to join, even if they've never played any of the games before. The week will be capped off with tournaments in each game for the campers to compete in individually.

Warm up your forehand and backhand! The Beginner sessions will focus on basic tennis skills and is for players learning to sustain a rally by hitting the ball back and forth. Each participant should bring his or her own racket, tennis shoes, and water bottle. Led by Westminster middle school coach and current Kirk Day School teacher Debbie Legters.

Building on the legacy of past summers, this action-packed summer experience is designed to ignite curiosity, build friendships, and inspire campers as they explore the beauty of God’s creation.

We will focus on levers, pulleys, gears, inclined planes, and energy transfer. Campers will explore pulleys, levers, and ramps. Older campers will create rubber band-powered vehicles, build cranes, and more!

Campers will enjoy skill-building drills, exciting competitions like a wiffle ball tournament and home run derby, daily treats, and more!

This camp will teach the fundamental skills of individual and team play using a variety of drills and games. It will also feature daily individual contests and three-on-three league play. The Duchesne coaching staff and current and former DHS players will provide the instruction.
