No camp July 3. Designed for children ages two and a half to five years, our summer camp program includes a wide range of creative indoor and outdoor activities, with time to explore and discover, play, and make friends. Since many hours are spent outside during summer camp, the nursery school playground provides opportunities to cool off with outdoor water play, including troughs, sprinklers, and hoses. Building in the sand and playing on the climbing equipment are two other favorite outdoor activities. Camp provides a morning snack. 3-Bears Camp is located in the Washington University Nursery School facility on the Washington University campus. It is composed of three classrooms and an all-purpose room, which are designed to offer children a variety of choices in their play. Our large outdoor play area gives children the opportunity to run, bike, swing, climb, slide, and play in the sand and water.

WSSL faculty Mr. Steve Cossey, Miss Erin Winkles, and Mr. Zack Zackmann invite campers to our Enchanted Forest Camp, an outdoor adventure filled with wonder and imagination! Campers will step into a magical woodland world, exploring our outdoor spaces and discovering the enchanted creatures that may be hiding along the way. Perhaps they’ll stumble upon a fairy home, catch a glimpse of a dragon’s tear, or uncover other forest surprises. As they wander through the enchanted forest, campers will collect natural materials to create their own fairy homes, bringing their imaginations to life outdoors. While the majority of the camp experience takes place outside, campers will enjoy a daily indoor restorative moment for rest, relaxation, and quiet connection. Indoor space will also be available as needed in the case of inclement weather.
