Excellence Camp (All 10 Weeks - Full Day)

Spend your summer leveling up your tennis game! You'll be in a group with a coach (a 4:1 ratio). Tennis training dedicated to speed and agility, strength and conditioning, game-level strategy and mental toughness, teamwork and social skills. The experience will include learn-to-compete training, athletic performance training, building a champion activities and player assessment reports. This camp is a good fit for you if you love tennis, have basic rally skills and are ready to take the game seriously.
