Co-Ed Run Camp 5th-8th

Who’s it for? Anyone who is entering 5th through 8th Grade who is interested in competing in Cross Country for their school this upcoming fall. We are ready to train anyone at any skill level! What to expect? Running! Of course there will be running that fits the needs of each runner, this camp is intended to improve the aerobic capacity and anaerobic capacity of each athlete. Athletes who are able to attend at least 80% of the camp should expect improvement! Fun!! There will be games at the end of practices and fun spread throughout the week!
