Self-Defense Camp for Kids at Lyndell Institute (1 Day)

Join 4th Degree Black Belt Jamie White and friends in learning the basics of practical Self-Defense while discovering personal power, awareness skills, and confidence! Learn the three lines of defense (mind, voice, and body) in a dynamic, age-appropriate, and FUN way! Students will learn how to strike to the vulnerable targets, release common holds, develop increased awareness, practice common defense scenarios, learn basic ground defense, and more! If you have joined us for a Self-Defense class before, camp will be a much deeper dive into basic defense skills, with some fun and games thrown in the mix!
