Martial Arts EmPOWERment Camp for Kids at Lyndell Institute (1 Day)

Join 4th Degree Black Belt Jamie White and friends in learning the basics of Traditional Chung Do Tae Kwon Do while discovering personal power and confidence! Learn discipline through the traditional skills of basics, forms, sparring, and board breaking; dive into special skills with exciting applications; and have a blast with martial arts games! Each day will conclude with a formal class and/or DEMO. Camp is open to the public (from beginners to experienced young martial artists), current Lyndell Students, and Chung Do Association Students ages 5-15.
