CSTL Summer Flex Lab Camps Foundational Week 1

We are SO excited to introduce our brand new 4-Day Flexibility Camp! This camp is designed to teach athletes safe and effective stretching techniques, proper body position form, and targeted strength to support pulling and holding body positions. Perfect for beginner through advanced athletes, this camp features innovative drills, expert instruction, and a full week of stretching fun! Athletes will build strength, increase flexibility, and gain confidence in their skills, all in a positive and encouraging environment. We can’t wait to stretch, strengthen, and shine with you this summer!
