One Ingredient Two Ways: Ages 8-10

This camp highlights the creative potential in the kitchen. Each day, campers focus on one key ingredient and create three separate dishes that showcase it in vastly different ways. We might use chocolate as an ingredient in chili, a layered cake, and ice cream; or experiment with lemons in bars, vegetables, and curd. Campers drive ideas and along the way they work on basic kitchen skills and safety. Information about food restrictions or allergies must be provided to COCA during the registration process or by contacting the Registration Office by email at least two weeks prior to camp. Campers must adhere to kitchen safety rules. Campers should have their hair pulled back. All culinary supplies and groceries included in price.
