More Cheese Please: Ages 8-10

Cheese lovers learn classic as well as unique recipes that feature their favorite food—from fondue to soufflés, from cheese biscuits to cheese desserts. Then, as part of a small team, budding chefs utilize and highlight cheese in the most creative way in an inner-camp cooking competition. Along the way, we learn about kitchen safety and practice basic kitchen skills. Information about food restrictions or allergies must be provided to COCA during the registration process or by contacting the Registration Office by email at least two weeks prior to camp. Campers should have their hair pulled back. All culinary supplies and groceries included in price.
