Let Them Eat Cake: Ages 11-13

Don’t lose your head—campers succeed as they create fantastical, fanciful desserts and platings fit for a haughty queen. They impress their families (and satisfy their sweet tooths!) when they share their artful creations. From petit fours to fruited tarts, we bake, decorate, and plate pastries, then arrange them into stunning dessert buffets. Information about food restrictions or allergies must be provided to COCA during the registration process or by contacting the Registration Office by email at least two weeks prior to camp. Campers should have their hair pulled back. All culinary supplies and groceries included in price.
