Farm Fresh: Ages 8-10

Learn to use fresh local produce selected from the farmers market and a whole foods approach to create sophisticated meals that reflect flavors around the world from fresh foods. We learn about legendary chefs like Alice Waters who creates fine dining experiences from sustainable approaches, and we incorporate foraged flowers from the region such as roses and honeysuckle. Information about food restrictions or allergies must be provided to COCA during the registration process or by contacting the Registration Office by email at least two weeks prior to camp. Campers must adhere to kitchen safety rules. Campers should have their hair pulled back. All culinary supplies and groceries included in price.
