Whitfield Scholars: Animation: Hand-Drawn

Drawings and images come to life and tell stories in this workshop. Led by Whitfield teacher, Cara Foster, traditional methods of storyboarding will be introduced as well as simple animation techniques will be explored as ways to make drawings "move". Looking at several examples of animation, students will be encouraged to display their own individual work and potentially collaborate on a group animation project.
