Led by experienced instructor Kennedy Fitzgibbon, this engaging session covers the fundamentals of selfprotection in a fun and interactive environment. From understanding the importance of personal space to learning how to release from holds, our seminar equips children with valuable tools to stay safe in various situations. Designed specifically with children in mind, this seminar instills confidence and promotes a sense of empowerment. Fees: $25 for members and residents, $30 for non-residents.
