So St. Louis- Summer Leadership Academy Day Camp

Young people ages 9 to 16 will spend a fun summer with Good Journey learning and having unique experiences. Young people will do fun and relatable math, STEM projects, lead community projects, learn African dance and KiSwahili, study St. Louis Black history that relates to their present world experiences, write poetry and stories, and create art that inspires. Young people will develop communication and leadership skills and learn to work collectively to accomplish goals. Four young people ages 16 to 19 have the opportunity to serve as youth mentors and receive a summer stipend. Scholarships are offered, with preference given to underserved and underresourced families.

AFTERCARE INFO: So St. Louis Summer Leadership Academy Aftercare is a cultural experience that gives young community builders the opportunity to express themselves through art, science and technology, media, play, and more. Aftercare is available from 2:30-5:30 for $100
