Upper Limits Rock Dwellers Summer Camps are designed to teach kids 7-10 years old about rock climbing. This 5-day session runs from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM Monday through Friday. Your child will finish our climbing clinic with a sense of self-confidence and accomplishment.

As nice as it would be, we know that not everyone's work day is from 9 am - 3 pm so if you need additional child watch before 9 am then Magical Mornings are for you and your little one!

All skills trained individually and in game-like situations: serving, passing, setting, attacking, blocking, and defending. This is a great camp to warm up for the high school season!

This camp session is reserved for campers who are entering Grades 9-11.

The Lindenwood Weightlifting Club team’s mission is to prepare and teach athletes from Highschool age to Master’s level lifters how to perform the Snatch and Clean/Jerk movements properly and safely. We offer personalized programming, access to our equipment, ability to train alongside the College Team, coaching, and most importantly a training environment matched by few. You need a basic level of understanding and performing the Olympic movements, as well as a current USAW membership.
