Fans of Fortnite and Rumbleverse, we need YOU! Instead of just playing a multiplayer game, develop your own with Unity, a professional 3D game development software. Design your own unique magical level, build 3D models, and cast spells with custom-created wands. At the end of the week, all student-created maps are combined into a master game where you will battle to become the last wizard standing. Compete against other schools across the country in our Esports League, with the possibility of having your map included in the live game. Student-created games will be available on a password-protected Black Rocket website to share with friends and family. Students will work in pairs or teams for most of the program.

Come and join our exciting “offline” video game experience where we give the controllers a rest and put your building skills to the test as we bring your favorite characters from the virtual world to the real world. Using LEGO®, we will build worlds for Mario to jump through, mechanisms to make Sonic spin and take down Robotnik, as well as your own custom Smash Bros. arenas to battle in. Under the guidance of a Play-Well instructor, you will gear up to take down the final boss. Are you game?

Expand your Redstone knowledge by constructing your own carnival with a variety of mini-games, roller coasters, and attractions powered by Redstone. Students must have the Java version of Minecraft to take this class. Tablet, phone, and game console versions of Minecraft are not compatible. Students will work in pairs or teams for most of the program. 

Begin your rise to the top of the charts with digital music production! Just like today's top artists, you can design your own beats or remix a mashup of your favorite songs to become a digital composer and sound engineer.  In this camp, students will learn to produce digital music, record sound, make sound effects, and mix their own tracks.  No prior music experience is necessary.  Student-created soundtracks will be available on a password protected website.

You will learn to experiment and explore using a variety of media such as paper, cardboard, found objects, felt, yarn, etc. You will learn processes in printmaking, fibers, and bookmaking to create sculptural forms that are functional or displayable.

Calling all ninjas! Are you ready to take your skills to the next level? All American Super Ninja coaches will be teaching you basic ninja skills with a focus on obstacle course training, tricking, and more. Ninja campers will enjoy both indoor and outdoor activities along with some time to get creative with ninja DIY projects and obstacle course building.

We use games and music to keep the energy high all while learning the basic strokes of tennis and pickleball. Your child will have loads of fun learning the many differences and similarities between pickleball and tennis. No standing around in long lines; we are literally moving and grooving from start to end! This class is great for kids of any age and ability as we structure and break up each class accordingly.

Our mini fencing camps offer kids a way to dip their toes into the sport of fencing in a place that’s friendly and supportive and allows them to immerse themselves in the sport for a week. This kind of structured, focused attention can go a long way in acclimating a child to an unfamiliar sport as well as supercharging their excitement. In mini camps, everyone is on the same page and at the same level, so they get to go through this journey of starting the sport together. Some of our highest performing fencers started in our beginner camps!
