Instructors determine the appropriate class level for students. Training uses a combination of combat techniques, self-defense, sport, exercise, meditation, entertainment, and philosphy. Students will develop and refine skill skill and build and acquire strength, self-confidence, knowledge, and control.

The Lindenwood Weightlifting Club team’s mission is to prepare and teach athletes from Highschool age to Master’s level lifters how to perform the Snatch and Clean/Jerk movements properly and safely. Extended Day programs at Forsyth encompass those hours before school from 7:00–8:00am (Before Care) and after school from 3:30–6:00pm (After Care), plus After-School Classes, League Sports, and childcare on "no-school" faculty work days.

Every afternoon Kid Zone  provides a variety of clubs for students to choose from.  Students can make different choices throughout the day or pick one for the day.  In addition to the clubs listed below we also offer outside play and free choice play for students who do not want to participate in any of our choice clubs.
