Campers will be divided by age and skill over the course of the week. Fundamentals will be stressed daily with an emphasis on dribbling, passing, and shooting. All campers will participate in daily contests and games culminating in Finals Friday.

Pickleball is a fun sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong. This camp will focus on instructional drills, fun games, and interactive activities. The camp is designed for participants to learn the fundamentals of Pickleball including the rules of the game, the different parts of the court, serving, scoring, and the basic forehand shot.  

Our High Performance Tennis Training Camp is designed for beginners to national players. The highest level of coaching is the key component of our tennis program. Our instructors have taught all levels of tennis from beginner to professional. On the first day of camp we access and start the process for developing an individual tennis plan for each student; but what makes us different is our training system. In the MAC gym at MICDS we have put together 20 plus individual tennis training stations. This allows our campers to hyper focus on learning and perfecting their tennis skills and at the same time have FUN in a challenging environment.

Check out our NEW half-day outdoor Sports Camp! Your camper will participate in multiple sports throughout the week, including baseball/softball, football, soccer, kickball and many more.

Rink Rats will keep cool and gain extra ice time each day during this camp. We’ll develop agility, balance, speed and teamwork, plus have fun playing different mini-games and drills! Campers will train for their big scrimmage at the end of the camp week. Campers must have basic hockey experience, and full equipment is required to participate

Accelerate your progress with this three-day intensive boot camp! On and off-ice training will get you motivated to tackle your summer hockey goals! Skaters will work on power skating, stick and puck handling, and balance and coordination. Skaters will enjoy being challenged all while having fun! Camp is for 8U and above hockey skaters and/or skaters with coach approval. Full hockey equipment required to participate.
