Vetta Sports Summer Camp has fun and entertainment for children ages 5-12. Our Summer Camps are different each year and are always complete with FUN activities – sports, arts & crafts, creative games – and special guest appearances such as the mad scientist and the reptile experience.

Chess Camp is a fun way to introduce chess to newcomers of the game as well as deepen the understanding of the game for intermediate players. Whether you are interested in casual or competitive chess, this camp is for you. Pins, forks, skewers, discoveries, sacrifices, and defending against the ATTACK! Understanding the game’s basic fundamentals and scenarios is the goal of this camp. Players are placed in groups according to skill levels to practice strategy and moves while expanding their critical thinking skills, concluding with a fun, in-class tournament. Chess Master Jason Clark and his team will lead this camp. C

This camp will focus on the fundamental game of baseball. We will set a tempo to ensure each athlete has the opportunity to display their athleticism while learning and growing their knowledge and confidence in the game.

This camp will focus on the fundamental game of baseball. We will set a tempo to ensure each athlete has the opportunity to display their athleticism while learning and growing their knowledge and confidence in the game. 

Campers will be divided by age and skill over the course of the week. Fundamentals will be stressed daily with an emphasis on dribbling, passing, and shooting. All campers will participate in daily contests and games culminating in Finals Friday.

Pickleball is a fun sport that combines many elements of tennis, badminton, and ping-pong. This camp will focus on instructional drills, fun games, and interactive activities. The camp is designed for participants to learn the fundamentals of Pickleball including the rules of the game, the different parts of the court, serving, scoring, and the basic forehand shot.  

Our High Performance Tennis Training Camp is designed for beginners to national players. The highest level of coaching is the key component of our tennis program. Our instructors have taught all levels of tennis from beginner to professional. On the first day of camp we access and start the process for developing an individual tennis plan for each student; but what makes us different is our training system. In the MAC gym at MICDS we have put together 20 plus individual tennis training stations. This allows our campers to hyper focus on learning and perfecting their tennis skills and at the same time have FUN in a challenging environment.
