With the world’s increased reliance on digital data, cyber security is more important than ever! In this class, you are all that stands between a group of international hackers launching cyber attacks and world peace. Through a series of challenges, students will learn to apply tools used by professional digital forensics teams to crack codes and use encryption. Working in teams you will collect clues, recover lost data, and explore the tools of the trade to become the next great cyber spy! Students will work in pairs or teams for most of the program.

Bring your favorite Minecraft adventures to life with our enthusiastic Play-Well instructors. In a Minecraft world powered by LEGO® resources, we will build shelters to keep out Creepers, craft mystical items that only true masters can wield, and perfect our crossbow skills to stop the Wither from taking over! If you can imagine it, we can build it.

Camp participants adopt a plush feline patient and learn how vets help take care of pet cats. These future veterinarians will learn how to perform a tip- to-tail exam, suture lacerations, to setup a litterbox and safe areas for their pet, make cat toy, and more!

Create an ocean in a bottle, learn about chromatography, make rain, pretend to be the different animals in a habitat game and perform other experiments while having fun exploring the world of science!

Ever dream of becoming a secret agent? We'll start with the basics: from decoding messages to metal detector and night vision, campers have the opportunity to check out spy tech equipment and take home lots of gadgets like spy glasses! Step into the shoes of a detective as you uncover the science involved in evidence gathering and analysis! Figure out the science of forensics in a hands-on look at crime scenes! Become a super spy and learn clever ways of performing tasks as we take a hands-on investigation of science that spies use!

Reuse, reduce and recycle! Spend the week exploring the different crafts, activities, and games that you can make using all different recycled materials. Make multiple crafts using repurposed materials and learn about the different ways that you can live a more sustainable lifestyle!

Level up your LEGO® Engineering skills in this video game-inspired experience. Our Play-Well instructors bring your favorite video game characters and experiences to real life. Using LEGO®, learn Link’s signature moves to defeat enemies, build mechanisms to make sonic spin and take out Robotnik, and even build go-karts to challenge Mario and friends in a race for the Mushroom Cup. All the fun of a video game adventure without the screen!

Explore the world of artificial intelligence to design fully interactive games and experiences using cutting-edge technology. This program combines artificial intelligence with coding to create an unforgettable learning adventure. Students will construct machine learning models that use image and text recognition within block-based coding software to build a portfolio of projects. Student-created projects will be available on a password-protected Black Rocket website to share with friends and family. Students will work in pairs or teams for most of the program.

Camp participants will role play emergency situations in the wild and learn how to prepare for natural disasters. These future emergency medics will learn about snake bites, hypothermia, tourniquets, poisonous plants, edible plants, distress signals, forest fires, tornadoes, mosquito bites, and more!

Here’s our chance to join our friends and learn what it takes to become a true Mandalorian. Using LEGO, an experienced instructor will guide us through the skills and equipment needed to earn the title. We will build our gauntlet fighter ship to weave through the galaxy, our Z-6 jetpacks to maneuver through the air, and of course defend ourselves with our Mandalorian armor. Coming to a galaxy near you!
