From the earliest flying machines to the first rocket flights, this week long, hands-on program will give children a bird's eye view of the history and science of flight. Your child will build many different flying devices and explore the science of aerodynamics and flight with the help of Newton's laws. We don't stop there, though, because we're heading out of the atmosphere with a look at rockets and our Galactic neighborhood!

Note: Your child will bring home a working model rocket. However, If your child would like to continue his/her interest in launching rockets outside of camp, you will need to purchase a launch kit online or from a hobby shop.

Girls Inc. Operation SMARTscience -develops girls’ enthusiasm for and skills in science, through hands-on interactive activities through observation and experimentation.

Girls will learn how to manage, invest, and save money. They will also develop to skills to becoming financially savvy.

Intramural Sports: Girls will build a foundation for enjoying sports and physical activity .

Roll up your sleeves, put on your makers cap, and get ready to create! This is our most hands-on camp! Together, campers will build a geodesic dome large enough to sit in. Who can build the strongest bridge? Can your bridge withstand the shake rattle and roll challenge? Explore the world of birds and beasts with bird feeder building and our super bug investigation. Speaking of birds, what did Hooty the Owl have for dinner? A mouse? A squirrel? A frog? Kids will dissect owl pellets and reconstruct Hooty’s dinner. Enter the Mad Science chemistry lab and mix, mash, and brew concoctions to create cool sidewalk chalk and bath fizzers! Assemble and control pulleys, levers, catapults, and simple machines. Registration deadline is 5/30. 

If you love to build, design, topple and race, this is the camp for you. We’ll use all sorts of gadget and gizmos, items to tinker with and toys to build different structures, courses, tracks, targets and basically anything that creative minds can come up with. Can you imagine the reactions we will get?

With STEM activities, shooting sports, crafts, games and more Day Camp is that traditional camp excitement you are looking for with some modern fun added in! Day and Twilight camps are for Scouts and non-Scouts alike! Campers must be 7 years old (or 6 and entering the 1st grade in the Fall). All campers who are entering 1st grade in the Fall must be accompanied by an adult partner.
