Calling all junior engineers! Learn all about the design process and use a variety of materials to tinker, create, and build.

Ever dream of becoming a secret agent? We'll start with the basics: From decoding messages to metal detector and night vision, campers have the opportunity to check out spy tech equipment and take home lots of gadgets like spy glasses! Step into the shoes of a detective as you uncover the science involved in evidence gathering and analysis! Figure out the science of forensics in a hands-on look at crime scenes! Become a super spy and learn clever ways of performing tasks as we take a hands-on investigation of the science that spies use! Before and After-care is available at an addition cost through the Brentwood Parks and Recreation.

Come and “tinker” with us! Campers will design, build, concoct, and discover as they explore a variety of materials and tinker the day away. Tinkering encourages creative and flexible thinking, problem solving and cooperative learning with friends. AND IT’S FUN! Campers will enjoy weekly challenges to experiment with various materials to design works of art, build structures using loose parts, concoct potions and edible investigations, and discover the natural world guided by their curiosity. Campers will create IDEA journals to record their “tinker” creations.

How does a shark sense its prey? Why are animals’ coverings so important? Learn the answers to these questions as we explore animal adaptations through stories, games, art and more!

Explore what it takes to be a pediatrician and perform a head-to-toe exam on your "adopted" baby doll. Learn about diapering, diaper rash, bottling, burping, the infant Heimlich maneuver, childhood immunizations, and safe sleeping.

Roll up your sleeves to engineer the strongest bridge, brew concoctions, assemble catapults, and explore the wonders of light.

Let’s explore the universe through movement, crafts, and music while we learn about stars, space, and beyond!

Calling all aspiring Pokémon Trainers! Learn the game, refine your math skills, and ignite your competitive spirit! Campers will receive a 60-card booster deck and gameplay mat.

Comets, planets, stars and more are all waiting to be discovered. Learn about the four forces of flight, the challenges of space travel, and even participate in a rocket launch!
