This 640 acre camp in Central Illinois features 13 campsites, 2 lakes, airconditioned dining hall, and an outstanding shooting sports area. Other features of the camp include a swimming pool, canoeing, rowing, kayaking, standup paddle boards, and more. Special programs include Eagle required badges, STEM activities and the BSA Pistol Safety & Marksmanship program.

Home to Leadership Hall, a state-of-the-art dining hall facility, Camp Famous Eagle provides all of the great programs that the S-F Scout Ranch is known for. Campers will enjoy the 270+ acre Nims Lake, renowned for its water sport activities and great fishing, STEM activities, shooting sports, Huck's Cove Water Park, APEX older Scout program, and game nights are just a few of the programs that Famous Eagle has to offer.

We offer many one-week camp programs for kids ages 8-17. These sessions include traditional camp programs, as well as wilderness and equestrian programs.

Activities center on developing wilderness skills and may include: ropes course, fire-making, atlatls, orienteering, team-building activities, shelter construction, lashing, outdoor cooking, tracking, and more. All activities occur on Principia School’s Challenge Course and surrounding forests. These camps will be limited to a minimum of 6 and maximum of 10 campers.

A fun and educational video game and esports camp where campers learn valuable life skills through on-screen and off-screen activities.

Our Summer camp features tennis, swimming, Taekwondo and zumba. Other activities include basketball, soccer, kickball, pickleball, racquetball, and arts and crafts. A special guest or event every Friday.
