Our Goalkeeping Academy provides year-round specific training to LFA club GKs as well as seasonal programs which are open to the public. All GKs from all clubs in the Greater St. Louis Metro Area are welcome. We focus on developing the position specific techniques, methodology, strategy, conditioning, and psychology of the position. Our program has developed countless confident and consistent goalkeepers, leading to better individual and team results.

ProActive Performance Academy is designed to address core athletic qualities from a general to specific format, connecting drills and skills that benefit youth athletes through a variety of class options and training sessions. Our approach centers around the ABCD's of performance: Agility, Balance, Coordination, Deceleration, and Speed. Using these qualities as a lens to train through, the primary objective is to approach movement as a skill and to build the technical qualities that align with the goals of the athlete.

This is a perfect way to spend your summer: outside, active, and in the water! Aqua Campers are especially encouraged to bring plenty of sun screen and water (sunscreen will not be provided by camp). Campers are required to be able to swim 25 yards unassisted and tread water for 2 minutes.

Optionally, you can attend Friday Funday every week where we will have a full day of games and contests with prizes and a pizza party! Full and half-day options available.
