Mini Classes provide a variety of after school experiences, with a wide range of offerings such as tennis, pickleball, art, gymnastics, chess, LEGO robotics, and dance. Topics offer students in junior kindergarten through sixth grade an opportunity to explore exciting and enticing academic and non-academic areas. Classes are often taught by Community School teachers, although community organizations such as STAGES, COCA, and Little Medical School also regularly provide classes.

An introductory class into the world of Taekwondo. This nationally accredited program introduces discipline and respect with a focus on fitness, control, and techniques. Little ones will have fun learning and training while building confidence and coordination.

J Academy is the top group training program in the St. Louis area. Players will learn the fundamentals of basketball that include passing, shooting, and ball handling. This program will challenge players in small group play by intorducing strength and conditioning as well as agility drills. Our basketball academy is for both boys and girls in kindergarten through 6th grade. Academy offers a unique opportunity for beginner, intermediate and advance level players to refine fundamentals, learn to play the game of basketball, and stand out on the court.

Our childcare program is available for all grades. Extended Day strives to provide a supportive, home-like environment for children. Outdoor games, creative play, crafts, and quiet time for reading and/or homework are scheduled for the children. A daily snack is provided. Extended Day also meets during faculty professional days and conference days, as well as most school holidays from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Youths 4-12 receive STEM twice a week and take field trips. Youths enjoy STEM at our state-licensed facility where, from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, as provide safe harbor and quality supervision for all participants. They also have the opportunity to participate in our accelerated reading program which aids and enhance students reading skills. Participating youths receive a nutritious meal, assistance with homework, Internet access, academic tutoring, computer training, and varied forms of age-appropriate recreational activities: board games, puzzles, movies, arts/crafts, sing-a-longs, computer games, etc.
