This six week program is the perfect choice to prepare for your Summer swim team! Three practices a week focus on stroke technique, racing strategy, starts and turns and more. This program is led by Rockwood Swim Club Coaching Staff.

This parent-child developmental program prepares three-year-olds, for organized sports. Parents work with their children in a structured environment (parent participation is mandatory) and learn how to properly teach and support their children in sports. Participants receive a t-shirt and award.

If your child is a beginner and wants to learn the game or has been playing and wants to improve his or her technique, this is the perfect class for them. Bring a tennis racket and a can of balls to the first class. All lessons are on Saturday

Specifically designed for youth in kindergarten to fifth grade. Activities includes, but not limited to: Academic Tutoring, Science, Cooking and Food Science, Dramatic/ Imaginative Play Experiences, Physical Fitness, Arts & Crafts, and Gardening. Dinner and snacks provided.

After-School Classes further enhance a student’s After Care experience. Seasonal sessions typically run 4–6 weeks; pricing is variable based on the subject area and program length. Offerings include (but are not limited to!) study hall, tennis, dance, golf, chess, and more, plus Girls on the Run each spring. Classes are taught at Forsyth by current and former faculty and staff members or outside partner vendors (examples include Frontenac Racquet Club, St. Louis Scott Gallagher, etc.). Family may also arrange private art lessons, music lessons, and tutoring directly with Forsyth faculty members.

Learn the skills and put them to work in youth baseball. Focus on baseball training through drills and small game play. All participants receive a shirt.
