Athletes from all sports backgrounds are welcome – we have an “endurance group” for athletes involved in sports such as cross country and soccer as well as a “speed group” for sports like football, lacrosse, hockey etc. We also complete a general “body weight” strength training exercise routine each day. This camp will surely benefit all types of athletes. We hope you can join us!

Ultimate Frisbee is a 7-on-7 field sport that combines elements of football, soccer, and basketball. Join De Smet Jesuit’s 11-time consecutive state championship coaching staff, along with current and alumni players, to learn more about this burgeoning sport in high school athletics! This camp will introduce participants to the rules, basic strategies, and essential skills of the game. Campers will receive a De Smet Jesuit disc and a practice jersey.

This camp is intended to introduce aspects of the game as an incoming high school athlete and what to expect in a high school sports setting. It will be geared to improve the fundamental aspects of the game through various elements and competitive game-like play. It will cover various skill sets such as but not limited to: serving, passing, attacking, defense, blocking, and the overall team concept within a high school structured system.

Single session clinic that trains players in aspects of transition from defense to offense. Focus will be on footwork, hitting technique, passing, and incorporation of high-level concepts. Limited to 60 campers. This clinic will take place in the Evans Commons gym which boasts 4 courts, located on Lindenwood University’s beautiful campus.

All skills trained individually and in game-like situations: serving, passing, setting, attacking, blocking, and defending. This is a great camp to warm up for the high school season!

Single session clinic that focuses on aspects of defense including movements, digging, emergency techniques and reading hitters.

Single session clinic designed to help players of all levels with their serving technique. Players will have an opportunity to work on their overhead serves as well as jump float and jump spin serves. Limited to 60 campers. This clinic will take place in the Evans Commons gym which boasts 4 courts, located on Lindenwood University’s beautiful campus.

Single session clinic focused on all components of attacking. Players will work on their approach and transition footwork, arm swing, and timing. This is open to all positions of attacking.
