Bring your little one for Reggio-inspired forest play. Various invitations will be offered to spark your child’s curiosity, creativity, and problem solving skills. Ages 18 months - 6 years are invited to these special play days. All activities take place around the playground. This is an open-house style program – feel free to arrive and leave at any time between 9 - 11 am. FREE for members and non-members. Donations appreciated to assist with supply purchases for this program!

Please note that any children 6 years old or younger, or unregistered attendees will not be able to participate or interact with the horses for their own safety. Supervision from a parent will be required at all times for all attendees, registered or not. This program will involve grooming, feeding, and interacting with horses. Like any animal, horses shed, drool, and get dirty so please wear clothes you are ok with getting dirty. All participants and attendees MUST wear close-toed shoes for their safety.

Not only is trash an eyesore, but it can hurt the environment and the animals that call our parks home. Join our Park Rangers this fall and help clean up the waterways in various parks. Dress for the weather. Bring a water bottle, sturdy shoes or boots; no flip flops or sandals. Trash is messy! Wear something that can get dirty. Long pants and insect repellent are recommended. This clean up will take place at Missouri Bluffs Park, cleaning up a wash-out from a highway culvert. You may encounter uneven surfaces, mud, rocks, and various other tripping hazards.

Join hundreds of volunteers to help restore the Peruque and Dry Branch creeks with St. Charles County Parks and the Greenway Network. These streams are important to the health of our community and support a variety of wildlife and land uses. This program is for ages 6 and up. Register as an individual, family or organization. All participants must also sign a waiver. Sign up by March 26 to guarantee a free T-shirt. The deadline to register for the event is April 3. Come early for The Tree Seminar from 8-9 a.m. and following the Mission: Clean Stream volunteers are invited to Progress Park for a light lunch. Volunteers are responsible for their own transportation to sites. Dress for the weather. Bring gloves, water bottle and sturdy shoes or boots—no flip-flops or sandals. Trash is messy! Long pants and insect repellent are recommended. Be sure to sign a waiver prior to event. Participant under 18 must have waiver signed by parent prior.

Under the leadership of our Top 50 Director of Golf Instruction Maria Palozola (Top 50 Master U.S. Kids Coach, Top 50 LPGA Teacher, Top 50 Golf Range Association of America Growth of the Game Instructor), the Tower Tee staff will teach all the basic fundamentals (through instruction and fun games) needed for Lil Teesters and the Birdie Bunch to fall in love with golf and learn to play with confidence. Break time on the playground as well as fun competitions on the mini golf course will keep the kids wanting to come back for more!
