A new opportunity from Youth Theatre! Priority registration will be given to students not already registered for the spring musical. This revue will consist of solos, duets, and group numbers from various musicals in the American Musical Theatre Canon The revue will be a half-hour compilation of song and dance and be featured during the Youth Theatre's spinning run.

SIUE Theater and Dance hosts two weeks of K-8 acting, singing and dancing classes culminating in three public performances in Dunham Hall!

The SIUE East St. Louis Performing Arts Summer Enrichment Program will train students in various artistic expressions including but not limited to dance and music. Students will be exposed to performance opportunities through educational programing as we continue the legacy of the renowned icon, Ms. Katherine Dunham.

Join Butler dance faculty, under the artistic direction of Marek Cholewa, for our pre-professional dance intensive on the beautiful campus of Butler University. The 4-week intensive will have a classical ballet focus with additional classes in character, modern, jazz, pas de deux, pilates, and repertoire.

Join us for a week of music making and exploration. This camp is geared towards strings students (violin, viola, cello, bass) who are nearing proficiency in note reading in the first position, have had an introduction to their instrument, and who are still learning basic rhythms/counting.

Join us for the exciting Chamber Camp! All levels are welcome, though we recommend a minimum of three years of prior study on your instrument.

Hip Hop Camp will offer an interactive and immersive learning experience into Hip Hop history, music, and culture.

Get ready for the strings festival camp: daily orchestra rehearsals, a spectacular finale concert, and daily sectionals with Butler faculty and music majors.

This course is an introduction to modern band performance styles (rock, pop, hip hop, R&B, etc.) and instrument techniques (keyboard, guitar, electric bass, drum kit, vocals). Course topics will be demonstrated through interactive lectures, guided practice, ensemble rehearsals, performances, and group assignments. No previous experience is required. All musical preferences and ability levels are welcome.
